Originally went through Panasonic tech support to get a matching phone for an expandable Panasonic phone system, Was given the incorrect phone model and had to go through the tedious return process. Logging on to a distributor of Panasonic phones I was able to obtain the correct phone. My previous system was also a Panasonic which as more than 10 years old and was experiencing "old age problems". The new system works perfectly.
